General Membership Questions
What is Club Creatif?
Club Creatif is an exclusive membership program offering monthly walk-in credits ($), discounted camp pricing, and party perks for both individuals and families.
Who can join?
Individuals and families are welcome to join. All plans require at least one adult.
What are the membership tiers?
There are three tiers:
- Select — up to 2 members (max 2 children)
- Premier — up to 4 members (max 3 children)
- Prestige — up to 6 members (max 5 children)
Do I have to choose all my members at signup?
Yes. All members must be listed at the time of enrollment.
Who counts as a member?
Anyone who will use the walk-in credits or receive camp/event discounts must be listed as a member.
Can I use my membership at any Creatif location?
No. Membership is only valid at the location chosen during signup.
Can membership benefits be combined with other discounts or promotions?
No. Membership benefits (e.g. DiY Walkin credits, Camp Discounts, Party Discounts, etc) may not be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or promotional offers.
Do membership benefits have cash value?
No. Membership Benefits(e.g. DiY Walkin credits, Camp Discounts, Party Discounts, etc) have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or refunds.
Do DiY Walkin credits roll over if I don’t use them within 30 days?
No. Diy Walkin Credits expire at the end of each 30-day billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits are forfeited.
Do Party Discounts roll over to the next year?
No. Party Discounts do not roll over to the next year.
Household & Transfer Rules
Do all listed members need to live in the same household?
Yes. All individuals must reside at the same address.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No. Memberships are non-transferable.
Can I share my membership with friends or extended family?
No. Membership benefits are for registered members only.
Billing & Payments
How often am I billed?
Memberships are billed monthly.
Do walk-in credits and other discounts roll over if I don’t use them?
No. Walk-in credits and other discounts DO NOT roll over. Credits expire at the end of the billing month.
Walk-In Credits
What are walk-in credits?
Walk-in credits act like store credit that can be used toward walk-in studio sessions during the month.
- Select – $100 walk-in credits each month
- Premier – $200 walk-in credits each month
- Prestige – $300 walk-in credits each month
Can I buy extra credits?
Once you exhaust your credits you must pay for the services at the regular studio price.
Camp Benefits
Do I get discounts on camps?
Yes. All tiers receive a 15% discount on eligible summer camps for registered children up to their plan limit.
Is there a limit to how many camps I can book?
No. There is no limit to how many camps members can book.
Do I need to be a member to book camps?
No, but members receive preferred pricing and substantial savings.
Can friends or cousins use my camp discount?
No. Camp discounts apply only to the listed children on the membership.
Will I receive a discount code to book camps?
You must call to make camp bookings at the discounted pricing. We need to verify your membership status and the eligible members prior to applying the discount.
Party/Event Benefits
Do members receive discounts on parties?
Yes. Members receive $50 off party bookings according to their tier:
- Select: 1 party/year
- Premier: 2 parties/year
- Prestige: 3 parties/year
Can I apply multiple party discounts to a single event?
No. Discounts are applied per event.
Account & Usage
When do benefits start?
Benefits activate immediately once your membership is processed.
Do I need my ID or member number to use benefits?
Members may be asked to confirm their name for verification.
Changes
Can I change which children are listed?
Yes, but changes may only be made once per year and must comply with same household policies.
Exclusions & Policies
Is the membership transferable?
No. Benefits may not be shared with non-members or transferred to other households.
Are credits refundable if I cancel?
No. Used or unused credits are non-refundable.
Are special events or workshops discounted?
Certain special programs may be excluded from member discounts.
Does my membership guarantee space availability?
No. Membership does not guarantee space availability. You can call the studio to confirm availability.
Can I make a reservation to guarantee availability?
Yes, you may call us to reserve. However, in case of no show or late arrival (later than 15min from the booking time), we will deduct 15 credits ($15)/person (for the number of participants reserved) from your available credits for the month.
