This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.

Website and App Usage

Like most website and mobile application providers, Créatif automatically receives and collects certain information when you access or use the Service. This may include information such as pages viewed, links or buttons clicked, browser type, device type, operating system, language preference, referring page or site, approximate location derived from IP address, IP address, date and time of requests, and similar usage, device, and log information.

We use this information to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and understand how visitors use the Service, including to diagnose technical issues, measure website performance, improve user experience, and evaluate the effectiveness of our content and services.

Some of this information may be considered personal information under applicable privacy laws, either by itself or when combined with other information. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand trends and usage of the Service.

Aggregated Statistics

We may collect and use information about how visitors use the Service, such as which pages, features, activities, services, or content are viewed or used most often. We may use this information to understand trends, improve the Service, evaluate content and service performance, and make business and operational decisions.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual, for example general usage trends or summary statistics. We do not disclose personally identifying information except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Gathering and Use of Personally-Identifying Information

Some visitors choose to interact with the Service in ways that require us to collect personal information. The amount and type of information we collect depends on the nature of the interaction.

For example, we may collect personal information when you sign up for communications, submit a contact form, request information, create or access an account, make or manage a booking, register for a class, workshop, camp, party, or event, purchase or inquire about products or services, use a franchise inquiry form, contact us by email or phone, or otherwise communicate with us.

Depending on the interaction, the information we collect may include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, mailing address, selected studio location, requested service or event information, booking or registration details, participant information you choose to provide, message content, and other information you choose to submit. If you make a purchase or booking, payment-related information may be collected and processed by our payment or booking service providers as needed to complete the transaction.

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary or appropriate to provide the Service, fulfill your request, process transactions, communicate with you, improve our services, maintain records, protect our rights and the security of the Service, and comply with applicable law.

If you provide your email address, phone number, or other contact information, we and, where applicable, the studio or activity provider associated with your booking or request may use that information to communicate with you. These communications may include transactional messages, such as confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, customer-service responses, and account or booking-related notices. Where permitted by law and subject to any required consent, we may also send marketing communications about activities, promotions, updates, or new features.

You may opt out of marketing communications as provided in those communications, such as by using an unsubscribe link in a marketing email or replying “STOP” to eligible text messages. You may not opt out of transactional or service-related communications that are necessary to provide the Service or respond to your request.

You may choose not to provide certain personal information, but doing so may prevent you from using certain features of the Service or completing certain transactions, bookings, registrations, or requests.

If you send us a request, comment, review, testimonial, feedback, or other communication, we may use it to respond to you, improve the Service, support other users, or for other legitimate business purposes. We will not intentionally publish personal contact information from such communications without permission, except as required or permitted by law.

We may disclose personal information to employees, contractors, affiliated entities, franchisees, studio operators, activity providers, service providers, suppliers, and other third parties who reasonably need the information to help us operate the Service, provide requested services, process transactions, manage bookings or registrations, communicate with you, support our business operations, or comply with legal obligations.

For example, when you make a booking, registration, inquiry, purchase, or other request, we may share relevant information with the studio, franchisee, activity provider, booking provider, payment processor, communications provider, marketing service provider, technology vendor, or other service provider involved in fulfilling that request. This may include, as applicable, contact information, booking or registration details, participant information you choose to provide, selected activity or service information, emergency or health-related information you choose to provide, and transaction-related information.

We may also disclose personal information:

  • to process payments, bookings, registrations, communications, and customer-service requests;
  • to send transactional messages, reminders, updates, and service-related notices;
  • to support marketing communications where permitted by law and subject to any required consent;

Some employees, contractors, affiliated entities, franchisees, studio operators, service providers, or suppliers may be located outside of your state, province, or country. By using the Service, you understand that information may be processed in locations where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. We also may use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
