Membership Terms and Conditions
CLUB CREATIF — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
1.1) “Company” refers to the Creatif location that you are signing up for and its authorized management.
1.2) “Member” refers to the individual or household enrolled in a membership tier.
1.3) “Household” refers to individuals residing at the same primary residential address.
1.4) “Membership” refers to the active enrollment in any tier under Club Creatif, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
1.5 ) “Credits” refers to monthly walk-in studio credits issued to Members pursuant to their membership tier.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
2.1) Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or older or households with at least one adult.
2.2) All persons listed on a Membership must reside within the same Household. Proof of address may be requested.
2.3) All children listed on a Membership must be legal dependents or reside in the same Household.
2.4) The Company reserves the right to verify residency and identity information at any time.
3. Membership Tiers & Usage
3.1) Membership tiers include Select, Premier, and Prestige, each with defined member and child limits.
3.2) Tier limits include:
Select: Up to 2 Members total (maximum 2 minor children).
Premier: Up to 4 Members total (maximum 3 minor children).
Prestige: Up to 6 Members total (maximum 5 minor children).
3.3) Tier benefits, including credits and discounts, apply only to registered Members within the Household and cannot be extended to friends, relatives, or non-Members.
3.4) Membership benefits are valid only during months when the Membership is active and paid in full.
3.5) Single Location Only: Membership benefits can only be availabled at the location chosen during sign up. A membership purchased at a specific Creatif location will not be honored at other Creatif locations.
4. Credits (Walk-In Benefits)
4.1) Credits are issued monthly in accordance with the Member’s tier.
4.2) Credits have no cash value and may only be used toward eligible walk-in studio services.
4.3) Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
4.4) Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, whether used or unused.
4.5) Additional services beyond the monthly Credits may be purchased at standard retail rates.
5. Camp Benefits
5.1) Member children listed on the Membership are eligible for a 15% discount on standard summer camp pricing.
5.2) Discounts apply only to listed children up to the tier limit.
5.3) There is no limit to the number of eligible camp bookings per Membership year.
5.4) Discounts cannot be applied to children not listed on the Membership, regardless of relationship to the Member.
5.5) Discounts may not apply to special programs, specialty workshops, private events, or external partner programs unless explicitly stated.
5.6) Discounts do not rollover
6. Event & Party Benefits
6.1) Members receive event or party discounts as defined by tier:
Select: $50 off 1 party per Membership year
Premier: $50 off 2 parties per Membership year
Prestige: $50 off 3 parties per Membership year
6.2) A “Membership year” is defined as 12 consecutive months of active Membership.
6.3) Discounts apply only to standard party packages unless otherwise stated.
6.4) Discounts may not be stacked or combined.
6.5) Discounts have no cash value and may not be refunded or exchanged.
6.6) Discounts expire at the end of every 12 months starting from your membership start date
6.7) Unused Discounts do not rollover into the next year
6.8) Discounts are per Party and Plans with multiple party benefits do not allow combining discounts for one party
7. Payment & Billing
7.1) Membership fees are billed monthly to the payment method provided at enrollment.
7.2) All fees must be paid in full for benefits to remain active.
7.3) Declined payments may result in suspension or termination of benefits.
7.4) Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Benefit Restrictions
8.1) Membership benefits (e.g. DiY Walkin credits, Camp Discounts, Party Discounts, etc) may not be combined with any other discounts, special offers, coupons, or promotional pricing unless explicitly stated by the Company.
8.2) Membership benefits (e.g. DiY Walkin credits, Camp Discounts, Party Discounts, etc) have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, store credit, or refunds.
8.3) DiY Walkin credits expire 30 days after issuance and do not roll over into subsequent billing periods. Unused credits are automatically forfeited at expiration.
8.4) Camp Discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other discounts or offers
8.5) Party discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other discounts or offers
9. Cancellation & Changes
9.1) Members may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refunds will be issued.
9.2) Member names may be updated no more than once per calendar year and are subject to Household eligibility verification.
10. Transfer Restrictions
10.1) Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned.
10.2) Benefits may not be used by individuals who are not listed as Members.
10.3) Shared usage outside the Household is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
11. Verification & Misuse
11.1) The Company reserves the right to require proof of identity, age, or residency.
11.2) Any attempt to misuse benefits, provide false information, or circumvent tier restrictions may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
11.3) The Company reserves the right to modify policies to maintain program integrity.
12. Modifications & Termination
12.1) The Company may modify fees, benefits, or tier structures with notice provided to Members via email or website update.
12.2) The Company reserves the right to discontinue the Membership program with reasonable notice to Members.
12.3) In the event of discontinuation, credits and benefits will remain valid until the end of the paid billing cycle.
13. Service Compliance Requirements
13.1) Members are required to comply with all Company policies, procedures, rules, and safety requirements applicable to the services they use, without exception.
13.2) Membership does not exempt Members from completing required documentation, meeting eligibility criteria, or following safety protocols associated with any service or activity.
13.3) The following requirements apply, including but not limited to:
Walk-In Activities: Members must sign all required waivers and releases at check-in and comply with onsite safety instructions.
Birthday Parties & Private Events: Membersmust sign all required waivers and comply with all published party terms and conditions, including scheduling, capacity, payment, and conduct requirements.
Summer Camps & Educational Programs: Members must comply with all age requirements, enrollment rules, safety protocols, and camp terms and conditions.
13.4) Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in denial of access to the service, cancellation of the service reservation, or termination of Membership benefits without refund.
13.5) The Company reserves the right to update service requirements as needed to comply with operational, safety, or legal standards.
14. Liability & Disclaimers
14.1) The Company is not liable for inability to access benefits due to capacity limits, scheduling availability, staffing constraints, or other operational limitations.
14.2) Membership does not guarantee availability for camps, private events, or studio sessions. Early booking is recommended.
14.3) Members assume all risks associated with participation in on-site activities, subject to standard waiver requirements.
15. Governing Law
15.1) These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of the studio location.
15.2) Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of local County unless otherwise required by law.
