Pricing - Advance Online/In Studio purchase price is $25 OR $30 per participant, depending on the painting workshop selected.. Each participant must have a spot reserved separately, in order to participate in the activity. Multiple participants will not be allowed to participate under one reserved spot. Walk-In pricing on the day of the event will be $30 for the $25 workshop and $35 for the $30 workshop (subject to availability). 


Class Duration & Supplies - Each class is of 2 hour duration and includes all of our supplies: easels, aprons, brushes, water cup, paper towels, acrylic paint, canvas and expert instruction. We will pre-trace our canvases as needed.


Arrival - Please plan to arrive 15min before the session start time for checking in and getting settled. The painting session will promptly begin at the designated start time.


Snacks & Drinks - You are permitted to bring snacks or beverages for the class. Please ensure that the food items are NUT FREE and all beverages are NON-ALCOHOLIC.


Group Reservation - You can reserve spots online or give us a call at 925-500-8315, to reserve spots for your group.  Please mention the name and number of participants for your group, under the ‘Additional Comments’ section for each reservation, so that we can accommodate seating your group together. We will try our best to accommodate seating your group together but cannot guarantee adjacent seating. 

Cancellation Policy - Please give us at least 72 hours notice if you wish to cancel your session for a full refund. Cancellations can be made by sending us an email at or by giving us a call at 925-500-8315, during our business hours. If you are unable to speak with a team member during our business hours, please leave us a voice mail and we will reach out to you. Cancellations within 24-72 hours will receive a store credit, to be used within 30 days. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full class fee. If a class has less than 5 reservations, 48 hours prior to the class, it MAY be cancelled. The participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.


Gratuity  - Gratuity is not mandatory but always appreciated, typically at 15% of the session fee, paid in Cash only.


Other important reminders - We use acrylic paint, which is non-toxic but can stain clothes easily. Please wear clothes that don’t mind a mess.
