Workshop Terms and Conditions

All our Painting Workshop sessions are suited for kids (8+yrs) and adults. Get creative in a fun and friendly environment with upbeat music and step by step instruction. At the end of the class, be amazed by your own masterpiece. Now, YOU are the Artiste.

Group Booking

You can pay for all the participants in your group in a single booking by using the Quantity field shown at the first step.

Booking (Virtual Session)

Bookings must be made at least 72hr prior to the event to allow enough time for us to pack your kit for pickup.

Pricing (Virtual Session)

Pricing includes a canvas, paint and brushes. Once you reserve your spot, our team member will coordinate with you for item pickup. We do not deliver kits/supplies.

Pricing (In Studio Session)

Walk-In pricing on the day of the event will be $5 additional (subject to availability).

Class Duration & Supplies (Virtual Session)

Each class is of 2 hour duration and includes all of the supplies: acrylic paint, canvas, paint brushes and expert instruction. We pre-trace canvases, as needed.

Class Duration & Supplies (In Studio Session)

Each class is of 2 hour duration and includes all of our supplies: easels, aprons, brushes, water cup, paper towels, acrylic paint, canvas and expert instruction. We pre-trace all our canvases.

Arrival (In Studio Session)

Please plan to arrive 15min before the session start time for checking in and getting settled. The painting session will promptly begin at the designated start time.

Snacks & Drinks (In Studio Session)

You are permitted to bring snacks or beverages for the class. Please ensure that the food items are NUT FREE and all beverages are NON-ALCOHOLIC.

Group Reservation

Please contact your local studio to reserve spots for your group. If you are reserving spots for your group online, you must reserve a spot for each participant separately. Please mention the name and number of participants for your group, under the ‘Additional Comments’ section for each reservation, so that we can accommodate seating your group together. We will try our best to accommodate seating your group together but cannot guarantee adjacent seating.

Cancellation Policy (Virtual Session)

Your event cannot be cancelled after you’ve picked up the canvas and supplies. If the item hasn’t been picked, we require at least 1 week notice to cancel your session for a full refund. Cancellations can be made by sending us an email at [email protected].

If a class has less than 5 reservations, it MAY be cancelled. The participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy (In Studio Session)

Please give us at least 72 hours notice if you wish to cancel your session for a full refund. Cancellations can be made by calling your local studio during our business hours. If you are unable to speak with a team member, please leave us a voice mail and we will reach out to you. Cancellations within 24-72 hours will receive a store credit, to be used within 30 days. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full class fee.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not mandatory but always appreciated, typically at 15% of the session fee, paid in Cash only.

Other important reminders

We use acrylic paint, which is non-toxic but can stain clothes easily. Please wear clothes that don’t mind a mess.

Safety

All participants and guests must comply with safety instructions at all times. For safety reasons, children under 2 years of age will not be permitted to participate in the art sessions. We use acrylic paint, which is non-toxic but requires safe handling. Ingesting any paint is harmful. Acrylic paint can stain clothes easily. Please wear clothes that don’t mind a mess.

ADULT SUPERVISION is recommended for participants 8 and younger.

CREATIF does not assume any responsibility for damage to clothing or any household items (during VIRTUAL sessions).
